How do I get involved? We get this question a lot, so we at Innovation Church have created some simple steps to help you get connected. Whether you’ve made Innovation your home church or you are a new visitor, it is our desire that you would find a place here and become a part of our family. We want to see you get trained, equipped, and grow. Join us as we take our unique God-given gifts and serve God, our community, and the world.

We believe the goal for all relationships is healthy connection. It is our desire to help you on this journey to having a healthy connection with God and with others. The first step is to have you fill out a “Connect With Us” card, which you can find in the pocket of the seat in front of you during church. You will then receive a call from the Connection Pastor who will help answer any questions you may have and discuss opportunities for you to connect with one of our ministries. This is also an opportunity to get you connected in one of our “Connect Groups” that take place during the week at different times in various locations and cities. The Connection Pastor will help you find the best group to fit your needs.

Here at Innovation Church we do not have members, but rather “partners.” 1 Corinthians 3:9 declares that we are “co-laborers with Christ.” We believe this is the model that was left for us as the church; that we would partner together and extend His Kingdom. The next step in getting connected at Innovation is through the Partnership Class. This class is for those who have committed to make Innovation Church their home and have been attending for at least 3 months. This class gives you an overview of our history, mission, vision, and core values. You will meet our Executive Leadership Team, learn how we operate here at Innovation, and hear about our plans for the future. This is a one-time class and is offered three to four times a year and taught by Lance Coffman & Matt Gonzales.

We don’t believe that God designed ministry for just a few, but that instead he made each one of us a minister. All believers are called to serve and impact the lives of others through ministry. Jesus came to the earth not to be served, but rather to serve. With this example that he has left for us, we find it a high honor to serve the local church and our city. The next step is to plug into an existing ministry here at Innovation. Our desire is to see everyone using their unique gifting to build the local church and expand His Kingdom!
